What's the best cereal?
I have quite a few favorites! cinnamon toast crunch, froot loops, apple jacks, lucky charms. I haven’t had cereal in so long though. I need more cereal in my life.

IKEA
Salad Fixins Winner
@confide--nemini reblogged my salad ask with their fave fixins as cumcumber, avacado and cherry tomatoes and for those wonderful choices, they win a salad made just for them :)
Alrighty then, let's get started with the dressing. I decided to do two dressings for this salad that would compliment one another. I kept with Japanese flavours but with some substitutes as I didn't have all the classic ingredients.
Creamy and spicy dressing #1 has rice wine, mayo, rice vinegar, miso, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil and grated garlic. A good couple table spoons of mayo, add a splash of each of the other liquids. A tablespoon of miso and the two lobes of garlic either pressed or minced super fine.
Dressing #2 has sesame oil, olive oil (not shown), white wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced shallot, grated ginger and chive. A couple table spoons of olive oil, splash in soy (very little), a couple table spoons of vinegar, a tablespoon of honey (or anything sweet), a quarter of a shallot minced super fine, a tablespoon of ginger pressed or minced to a pulp and finely diced chive.
In dressing number 1, I only put in like a half tsp of sriracha but go ahead and put more if you like!
Below are my crunchies. I prepped the avacado last so it wouldn't go brown while I was constructing my salad so it's not in this pic.
Finally, we get to the salad. I had some leftover romaine from a salad we had last night plus some baby spinich. I made a stack of the greens, tossed on my crunchies (sweet baby peppers, cucumber, thin sliced carrot, sugar snap peas and cherry tomatoes). I love a protein, as always, and since I am a Canadian Westcoaster, I had to add smoked salmon to the top. Smoked salmon and avacado are heaven, btw! Drizzled both dressings over the top of everything and finally, I sprinkled some black sesame seeds on top.
Ta da! I give you...
"Confide's Umami Salad" which incorporates sweet, salty, spicy, tangy and so on. I hope you like it, my friend. Cheers and Happy eats!
coffee: what’s your starbucks order, and who would you trust to order for you, if anyone?
I don't like coffee and I've never been to starbucks but when I do go to coffeeshops (i.e. costa) my order tends to be like a hot chocolate or smthAs for who I trust to order it: anyone but me lmao
