Back at it! It’s been a little while since I’ve taken part in a spell or cracked open my BOS. I’ve been feeling really lonely. I have identified when I feel lonely it’s because i’m lacking connection. Instead of looking fo other people which is something I am so used to, I'm looking within myself. I gathered my things, and I spent time with myself being creative; making pages in my BOS, & formulating spells. Taking part in my mediation and yoga practice, I found that because it has been a few weeks, it was difficult keeping my focus on the now, causing me to feel frustrated, spiraling  into feelings of inadequacy. Acknowledging those thoughts, feeling them, and allowing them to continue on! Afterwards, I felt a sense of relaxing and connected to my soul✨
