I love how messages to show you, that you are on track with what you do and/or share. I was watching my friend's live (on replay) yesterday about what she shared information about the white moon and the red moon that I had shared somewhere recently. I am huge on reminding my clients to never take what I say at face value, unless it resonates for you. In my new Talking Feather Moon Medicine program, I shared just how my routines/rituals have shifted using what feels right for me. There is really no right way or wrong way to be able to connect from within to do what feels right for you. We've been conditioned to do everything that others 'say' is the right thing to do, but it isn't always so. Check in with yourself. If it feels right, do it! If it doesn't, don't! I came across another friend's replay this morning who shared about moving meditation. Moving meditation is my favourite kind of meditation. It allows me to move with my thoughts and really allows me to move into my body. It helps to shift patterns or ideas that are stuck in my body. My friend, Allison, reminded me recently of the importance of being me and not allowing myself to fit in a mold. I want to continue to mold my life the way that fits for me and if I out myself in a box, then I'm restricted. These are things that I teach my clients, to think for themselves. I may give them suggestions or techniques that they can try, but ultimately it's their choice.
