FTH 2025 Supported Org: Crips for eSims for Gaza
The Israel-Hamas war has resulted in the devastation of Gaza's telecommunications infrastructure. Despite the efforts of Paltel to repair towers or cables, the destruction has left many in Gaza with no way to connect to the internet, communicate with each other, or share their story with the outside world. In the midst of this, eSims have emerged as an imperfect but crucial solution, allowing phones to connect to roaming signals on Egyptian or Israeli networks.
A partnership between Connecting Humanity and the Disability Visibility Project, Crips for eSIMs for Gaza is a disability rights campaign to fundraise to provide eSIMs for people in Gaza. Donations are used by volunteers to purchase and top up eSims.
You can support eSims for Gaza as a creator in the 2025 FTH auction (or as a bidder, when the time comes to donate for the auctions you’ve won.)
This is what your eSIM donations have been doing for the past 11 months 👇🏼 Saving lives. Connecting Hospitals. Resuming online studies. Evacuating safely. Reporting on social media and to the media. Connecting people with their families. Resuming online jobs. INTERNET ACCESS IS NOT A LUXURY.

Consider donating an eSIM with the instructions here or donating to Crips for eSIMs for Gaza, both of which are working to provide eSIMs/internet to Palestinians undergoing genocide.
As an added incentive to donate, show solidarity, and speak up about Palestine, Gotcha for Gaza events like ours are offering fandom art, fics, edits, cosplay images, and more for proof of donations to Palestinian fundraisers, such as the Gaza eSIMs initiative.
We're offering MCU Thor Loki and Hela art/fics for proof of donations worth at least $5USD, but many different fandoms are participating, and you can find a full list of these events here.
Please donate if you can because eSIMs are helping many Gazans stay alive and connected.
