✨CONTAGIOUS POSITIVE VIBE. ⁉️Too many of us underestimate the power of a positive vibe/energy. It can change the atmosphere of a place within seconds from dull and lifeless to electric. ➡️As The B.A.N.G Creator, one of the things I am intentional about is the energy that I diffuse anywhere I am. I want to be that person that is magnetic, inviting and positive. 💛I was in the waiting room of a TV studio with some other guests on the same show yesterday and I engaged every single one of them in conversation instead of being preoccupied on my phone. 💜One of the people I met that we clicked immediately is this lovely woman in the video, Joy @theunspeakablejoy. We found we had so many things in common and connected on a deeper level. ➡️I imagine what would have happened if I had not been myself and took my time to connect with each person individually. A simple act of kindness.

How can a simple of kindness make such a difference to not only the deliverer, but to the receiver, to the people entwined in the scenario. The other day I saw a homeless man sitting in the doorway of an old shop. He had ripped jeans on and it was already freezing, with a horrible wind that seeped through jackets and warmth. It took me a moment or two to notice a youngish man shouting at him and being very condescending. Seemed to be venting rather than abusing. As I walked past i couldn't forget what was happening and kept hesitating while heading to my destination, when eventually i stopped, unable to leave without trying to help in someway. So I did the first thing that popped into my head and that was a hot meal and a hot drink. The first place I saw was a Burger King. I know it wouldn't be the best meal to give someone but I bought a large cheeseburger meal and cappuccino for him. By the time I reached him, the man from before had gone and three other people had taken his place. I tried to get the attention of the man and the woman closest to me, told me his name and got his attention for me. I gave him the meal and coffee. The woman asked me why I did it. I explained what I saw and just wanted to try and help in someway after walking away the first time. As I walked away I realised how many people I had came into contact with, conversed and in a small way, making connections by a simple act of kindness. One so small but to someone else so large.
