Maddox Corps. International (or M.C.I. for short) was founded by the three eldest Maddox brothers after they served their time in the army, marines, and navy respectively. They’re a private military firm that deals in contracts within the government as well as the private sector.

To the Maddox’s, ‘family’ doesn’t just mean a blood relation. Their meaning of the word extends to anyone who really means something to any of them. Girlfriend, boyfriend, best friend, teammate, etc. The matriarch of the family has been known to bring in stray, lost children and ‘adopt’ them as her own, so welcoming people into the fold isn’t new to them.

The Maddox’s value family and loyalty above all things. When needed, they take on each others individual problems as a unit and always have each others’ backs no matter what. So if you fuck with one Maddox, by proxy, you’ll fuck with them all.

Connor has six brothers and one sister. He’s the fourth oldest. The Maddox family is a military family, built on strong morals of justice, loyalty, and above all else, family. Each of the boys were/are enlisted in the army, navy, or marines. Connor, specifically, is a marine, but he resigned his commission and went to work with his brothers at the family’s private military firm instead.
