Ya’ll should go to our man Connor Martin’s Málá Sichuan Dinner Series at Hamlet, the collaboration between MIAN [his pop-up with his pal Dave Sigal] and Ryan Magarian [of Hamlet and Oven & Shaker]. Connor's mom, Pat, turned 15 today [bottom right]. She's a Leap Day baby. He's cooking his family and her friends dinner in the Makeshift Room tonight. Such a good son! Feliz Quinceañera!
Our man Connor Martin has three dishes gracing the Shift Drinks menu: stinging nettle pesto bruschetta, the dopest chicken liver mousse ever & his rad mac+cheese. He's also responsible for the MIAN PDX POP UP, which is blowing up. We're lucky to have him on the squad.
