5: Your character is partial to people who _____? (Are tall, have blue eyes, tend to be rowdy, etc)
Wade is really partial to anybody who will respect him and, more importantly, accept him for who and what he sees himself being. Jokes about his scars are a surefire way to turn him completely off of another person. Appearances don’t matter overly much to Deadpool, he figured he’d be hypocritical if they did.
12: Is there a person or group of people your character envies? What do they have that your character desires so badly?
SUPER HEROES. Deadpool envies all of those who are considered heroes as opposed to villains. Heroes seem to have their life together, they’re happy, they’re respected and they have friends they can rely on. Deadpool’s life is a wreck, he’s not often happy nor respected and he’s sure that a few of his friends would betray him for enough cash. Also heroes are almost always good looking and that just gets on his nerves.
15:Are there any childhood habits your character never outgrew?
Wade doesn’t remember much, if any, of his childhood and lately he’s struggling to remember what he ate for breakfast so that hasn’t changed.
30: Your character at 6 years old still believed in Santa, what a loser. What did this nerd write in their letter to Santa that year?
If you asked him he’d tell you that he asked for his mommy back after the cancer took her away the previous year, whether or not that’s the truth he wouldn’t tell you.
47:__________ is playing on the radio right now. It isn’t your character’s favorite song but hot diggity dog crank up that volume and let your character sing at the top of their lungs like a belting second grader with no vocal control whatsoever
It’s Patsy Cline’s Crazy because he’s got some memory of it from long ago, from a marriage which ended in tragedy. Now he just has to laugh at it to prevent from feeling. Destroying it beyond belief using just his voice works wonders.
