4. Who wakes the other one up with kisses?

Ellie, mostly because she’s the first one to wake up ! If the first few don’t work she’d start making weird noises as well, just to annoy him enough to get him to wake up. MacCready has fewer opportunities to do so, but when he does wake before her, he does it too

16. Who is scared of thunderstorms?

Mac ! He doesn’t like getting wet and I don’t think he’d like the rads and the lighting to go with it...Ellie actually kinda likes the low rumble of storms

19. Who loves to call the other one cute names?

Mac ! Ellie’s not too heavy on nicknames :) And he’s the one canonically calling the Sole “knock-out” out of the blue so...

21. Who has an obsession (over anything)?

Ellie...god, her weird obsession with Jangle the Moon Monkey is unsettling...

31. Who is more affectionate?

Mac...Ellie doesn’t voice her feelings as easily, but she’ll demonstrate with actions instead. Mac does both 

44. Who is active/ Who is lazy?

Ellie’s definitely the active one. She likes to move and do stuff, and when she relaxes for too long, she feels fidgety. Mac is like a lazy cat, able to settle down to read for a while without being too bothered by it, or staying on a roof to nap in the sun.
