If you learn nothing else, learn this: You ARE what YOU SAY you are. "I AM" are the most powerful, affirming, declarations you can assign to yourself. "I AM" in itself IS the Source of Creation, itself. Whatever you say after, I am, is what you are affirming... and usually when you say, I am, you are very firm in what comes next. Why? Because you feel it. You believe it. YOU ARE IT -right? Good or bad, you are saying that is what you are... and if you are declaring with such certainty, then you certainly are. Now, you may be saying, well, I can say, I am a millionaire or I am in love with an amazing person or I am extremely healthy or successful... but, you really feel you are not any of these things... AHH!! The "FEELING" behind it is EVERYTHING!! If you want to be highly successful for example, and you are declaring: I am highly successful, but you -feel you are not-... then you are not affirming with the certainty. Because you are not declaring it with complete certainty you are falling short of the energy needed, and probably affirming your feeling of lack of success instead. What I'm getting at here is... when you say, I AM _____ and you really are 100% of that belief that you whatever you are affirming -then you ARE. That said, 1) what you are affirming can either be bring you UP or knock you DOWN... be mindful. 2) if you want to create better in your situation/life, then make sure you are affirming with 100% certainty, I AM _______ and hold your energy true to it... and you WILL be/Are!
