I'm still here, I'm still fighting. Today I found out I lost another friend who was dealing with health issues. My heartaches, but it's like I hear screaming to get back into shape and take this seriously. Yes, I'm still in pain, but I know it's all weight related. Once step at a time because that's all I can do. Trying to stay positive and keep pushing myself. I really just needed a break. Work stress, the feeling of defeat from continually failing my Korean test, and the weight gain just had me really wanting to give up everything. At that time I just watched a lot of AGT, listened to worship music, and I wanted to, but felt I couldn't even pray. I just spent lots of nights crying and not being able to sleep. In the middle of last week I decided to finally get back up and shake this off.
