Anyone else struggling with quarentine constipation? Here is my breakfast to get things moving! Gluten free oatmeal...a great source of soluble fiber. Berries - blueberry and strawberry and flax to get a good mix of insoluble fiber. A little honey and cinnamon to make it yummy. A side of ginger tumeric tea (herbal with no caffeine) helps to move things along.
