There you go. If you want to live in the United States and have your rights protected by the US military you best believe you’re gonna pay federal taxes. So get the hell over it.

The California Supreme Court has ruled that the Governor, and therefore all Governors, cannot use Emergency Powers to create, amend, or rescind law as they do not enjoin legislative powers. In simplest terms: He just got buttfucked on national television. This ruling nullifies and voids any and all executive orders that create, modify, or nullify laws.
It also supports and upholds the Constitutions of California and The United States. The power of legislative authority rests in the hands of the State or Federal legislative branch, not in the Executive. This ruling foreshadows equal upholding of limits on Executive Emergency Powers and Executive Orders across the entire nation.

DuckDuckGo has active filtration, but it’s largely around pr0n. So if you’re looking for that, go elsewhere. Yes, I was extensive in my testing. I’m uncertain of what engine they’re using, because it awfully feels like Google on the backend... but if that’s the case then it’s just hooking their API. If you want to wean yourself off Google but are afraid of missing out on your favorite rando typing -- this is a good step down the road to admitting you’re a Googleholic.
Yahoo! is just as you remember it, if not better. Performing searches results in unbiased results being quickly returned. You pick your path, it doesn’t care and it doesn’t tailor you to consistently travel that same road. This ensures you won’t find yourself in an echo chamber and can actually think for yourself! Key point to mention, they have SJWs working there because it’s San Hoe in the Bay Area, my point is referring to their search engine being neutral. Their news also tries to pull from different viewpoints. Their SJWs apparently demanded to have a page or two for their own pickle tickle...
Bing has undergone some consistent effort to remain neutral as well, however, the tailoring pushes you back from your path. This is opposite of Google, where it pushes you further down the path. Bing is not to be confused with MSNBC. Bing doesn’t care what you want to look for, as long as it’s legal.

This story is precisely the reason why Liberalized Socialist Democrats cannot be trusted with power: Communism/Socialism in any form will always, absolutely always, abuse power and authority over the masses.
No matter what anyone says, who faithfully believes they’re enlightened for following an ages old failed dogmatic socioeconomic philosophy such as Marxism, this is what you should expect from it. You should expect that “the freed worker” they claim to uplift, lives and dies at the pleasure of the State (A.K.A. “The People”). The State cannot be trusted with power either, which is precisely why our Constitution exists. This woman can actually sue the State of Oregon for violating the 4th Amendment.
The 4th Amendment protects everyone from illegal search and seizure. Warrantless, meaning without warrant and not just the paper of the same name which expresses the warranted reason, search and seizure is to prohibit the State from looking for any reason to take something from a person. An example is the State coming into a person’s home without a reason, looking around the house and then saying that the person committed a crime because they found a syringe in the house. Regardless of the reason the syringe being there, the loose connection leads to a criminal investigation or arrest. Now, if they had a warrant that a Judge signed off on saying, “This woman is beating her children, according to reports by school officials and neighbors,” then they have every right to come and look.
They didn’t. In fact, Child Protective Services is an unrestrained, uncontrolled entity that fails children at every turn. They’re a punitive arm more than a protective agency -- a latent gestapo, if you have kids. And seeing as how there wasn’t basis for CPS to be involved, other than by the Governor’s own request, they backed down because it was illegal. It was in violation of this woman’s 4th Amendment protection, and it was explicitly a violation of her 1st Amendment rights too because the intent was to silence her. Regardless of whether she had opened a business in conflict of a Queen’s illegal executive order, the deliberate act of using CPS as a threat and carrying out an attempt to take away her children to keep her quiet and force her into obedience with an unconstitutional law, should honestly terrify everyone about the Democrats.
They will do this. They’re already doing this. They’ve been doing this a long time. And yet idiots keep voting for them because they’re morons following any stupid thing they believe is true without question. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard idiots when asked why they voted Democrat say, “Trump bad, me no like orange man.” They had no fucking clue what the Democrats were standing for or what their policies are!
