Vector Prime, is it possible for titans to combine? Does a titan combiner exist anywhere in the multiverse?
I admit, gestalts formed of Metrotitans are truly rare throughout the multiverse, even beyond what one would expect from the already-rare Titans and combiners. Though the unique properties of the Titansparks are in many ways similar to the divine Spark of Combination, in the vast majority of cases, the two seem to be mutually exclusive to one another; I cannot speak to why this may be, though perhaps Nexus or Quintus could shed more light on the matter—this is more their field than mine, after all.
I do have... suspicions, however. It is a truth known across countless realities that one Titan can always find another. Perhaps, in a way, all Titans are combiners; connected across distances that only their vast minds can truly comprehend, on a level that lesser Cybertronians would never understand.
...Ah, but I digress. There are a rare few universes where Titans combine in body and mind to form a single, even greater super-robot lifeform. In one world, not dissimilar from my own home reality, Primus entrusted his sacred stores of Super Energon not to Superion Maximus, Dauntless Maximus, Constructicon Maximus and Bruticus Maximus, but to the Titan Team: the living bastions Forge and Defensor, the flying fortresses Citadel and Vigilem, and the starfaring city-bot Lodestar. These five titanic Transformers sacrificed their individuality for a greater understanding of my brother's Enigma, enabling them to combine into the ultimate protector: the mighty Fortress Maximus.
