Τον απαθανατιζα σχεδον για 16 χρονια στις Κάννες.

«Λατρεύω τις γυναίκες», επανέλαβε την Τετάρτη ο Γάλλος ηθοποιός Ζεράρ Ντεπαρντιέ, την τρίτη ημέρα της δίκης του στο Παρίσι για σεξουαλική επίθεση, κατά την οποία υποστηρίχθηκε από τη φίλη του Φανί Αρντάν, αλλά συγκλονίστηκε από άλλες μαρτυρίες.

«Λατρεύω τις γυναίκες και τη θηλυκότητα, νιώθω πολύ θηλυκός ο ίδιος», δήλωσε ο Ζεράρ Ντεπαρντιέ στο δικαστήριο εκείνο το βράδυ, προκαλώντας λίγο γέλιο στο κοινό.

Κληθείς να μιλήσει για την προσωπικότητά του από τον πρόεδρο του ποινικού δικαστηρίου του Παρισιού, ο ηθοποιός παραδέχτηκε ότι θα μπορούσε να είναι «αγενής, χυδαίος, αλλά δεν ξοδεύω τον χρόνο μου για να το κάνω αυτό», συνέχισε, μετανιωμένος για «τα παλιά χρόνια» και υπερασπιζόμενος τον Ρομάν Πολάνσκι, έναν «κακοπαθή» σκηνοθέτη, «που έζησε 50 χρόνια δίωξης».

In April 2023, the journalist Marine Turchi published on Mediapart the testimony of 13 women who accuse Gerard Depardieu of sexual violence during the filming of eleven films between 2004 and 2022. Among these 13 women, we find in particular the actress Sarah Brooks who accuses the actor for sexual harassment by putting his hand down her pants on the set of the television series Marseille but will not press charges for fear of being taken seriously.
