hey everyone, please stay away from this blog @oncce-againn and report or block it. I’ve been noticing for months that this blog keeps stealing people’s personal writings and posting them as their own. They do nothing but shamelessly copy and repost others’ deeply personal work without permission.

WATCH OUT !!

hi fellow gif hunt/ gif pack creators i just want everyone to be on the look out for a new tumblr blog that has recently showed up. @.grandiloquentmarie .  they are stealing your gifs from your hunts and packs and not bothering to give you guys any credit aside from a simple I DID NOT CREATE these gifs. 

now you’d think if by having the link to the gif hunt open when copying the url into a website they would have some decency to say ORIGINAL GIFS CAN BE FOUND HERE and add a hyperlink to the gif hunt; but apparently that’s slipped their mind. be mindful fellow content creators i do not want you to have your content stolen by this person !!

A good amount of his content is stolen (pretty much everything that isn’t reblogs), so if anyone happens to know who some of the people are feel free to tag them or message them so they can report it to Tumblr!

Content Theft Update:

The person running the blog that was pilfering content from creators in the Eddie fandom has deleted their account. After reaching out to the person that had been credited for my artwork, we realized that the fact they had stolen from me after I confronted them was pure coincidence. The person I spoke to had shared my artwork in a private group they were a part of and they soon realized that the culprit behind the blog was someone in their inner circle. After some questioning they narrowed it down and that person was kicked from the group. So in other words, a large source of their content was cut off.

This person is now sulking on instagram about losing their place in the fandom and I hope they learned a lesson although I doubt it. People that don’t respect creators don’t deserve to spend time in the same fandom spaces as us.

Fandom Content Creators work hard to give you fun things for free. We aren’t paid for our work and all we ask for in return is a reblog, a comment and/or just respect at the most basic level.
