threat of stellaron handled easily with your precise guidance. your team never met any threat along the way. rivet town anomalies all cleared out. and you made sure that cocolia lives !

march chirped in "oh come on! its because of [name] right here that we were able to realise what cocolia was up to!"

you heave a sigh of relief after returning to the express car, your mind going a thousand miles about xianzhou because there is phantiliya! a lord ravager. its one thing fighting her with your characters and another physically...

and you stood corrected. your body all beat up as you fought phantiliya as if your life was on the line, making sure she had a wound that would last her centuries.

with rage seeping through your eyes as you clutched your weapon while kneeling on the ground "Our fight is not over lord ravager of hunt! i will find you again!"

as your days in xianzhou went by, the story as you remembered progressed, meeting the zhuming, fei xiao didn't lose her sanity, hoolay defeated and jiao qiu had his eyes. and the best part is that tingyun lived, just that her body went into a state of deep slumber. and dan heng embraced his vidyadhara status after his...'meeting' with old friends...you couldn't and wouldn't have been able to help with that no matter what.

the whole of xianzhou was eternally grateful. jing yuan and fei xiao agreed to provide you assistance no matter when and where. he nameless became a legend and your feats were heard all across the cosmos. 'the fortune teller' and the 'the seer' is what they would hail you as.

during the dinner meeting with the express after your returned...

"you know all our trailblazing expeditions have been even more fruitful with the least loss of companions. before you, we would have many unfortunate incidents" himeko propped her chin on her hand "we couldn't be more grateful for you exceptional abilities [name]"

welt fixed his glasses and crossed his arms "you have relieved a lot of stress for us. we know that in all future expeditions it would continue like so" he gave you a gentle smile

"there's nothing to be worried about when we have our 'lucky charm' with us! hehe" march swung an arm around you beaming brightly

you on the other hand grew more worried with each passing trailblaze, growing unsure of the fact that you will be able to live up to their expectations. it was just by narrow luck that you managed to not have anyone die at your last stop.

"the Family from penacony sent us a letter to attend their charmony festival... you all will be willing to go right?" like fate had ordained, or more specifically the devs had ordained, you all went into penacony.

fast forward, sunday left penacony to become a nameless, after saying a proper farewell to robin. no one got to know about his idealistic 'all day should be sunday' endeavor because of you.

you three trek your way into...Januspolis, the first ever place where the setting started. and like it was before, furiae praetors swarm your group, and then comes a flash of gold streaked ocean blue eyes and hair like that of snow, smirking at you as he passed by you in a flash, taking stelle's bat from her and swinging it with a dramatic pose.

• you'll notice bronya out of the corner of your eye, standing straighter than usual, lips pressed into a thin line. she's not storming over, but she's close enough that you know she's keeping an ear on your conversation

• eventually she'll approach. her intent is only to check in, maybe offer a polite word to remind the stranger of her presence. but before she can speak, you turn toward her with a bright smile, reaching out to lace your fingers with hers and tugging her closer. you then lean in and brush a kiss against her cheek, or perhaps press one firmly to her lips without hesitation

• bronya freezes. her composure cracks instantly. eyes blown wide, breath caught, a bright red blush blooming across her face. she'll try to say something, but will end up stuttering out an incomprehensive sentence instead

"w-wh-what are you...doing? right here? in front of everyone?" she'll stammer

• in an attempt to hide from the onlookers, she will step closer to you, slipping an arm around your waist before burying her face against your shoulder. the warmth of her blush will seep through your shirt, and though she will stay silent, you will feel the faintest tremor of her sigh

• when she finally has had enough, she'll gracefully make her way over, her presence calm and composed as always. you don't even notice himeko until she places a gentle hand on your arm or shoulder.

• the doubt in her heart will dissolve the moment you turn around, lighting up at her arrival. without hesitation, you'll lean in and give her an affectionate kiss on the cheek.

• himeko will freeze for half a second. despite being a composed leader, she isn't immune to surprises, especially when it comes to you being openly affectionate in front of others. her refined mask will crack, the corner of her lips will quiver up into a soft, almost bashful smile. and, if you look closely enough you might even be able to catch the faintest blush bloom across her cheeks!

• she'll let out a soft chuckle, ruffling your hair as a form of payback

"darling...feeling bold today?"

• once the conversation wraps up, himeko will lean closer and slip her hand into yours with a gentle but affectionate squeeze. she won't admit it outloud, but she'll be touched. your single act of affection will have silenced every lingering doubt she had in the span of a heartbeat.

• navia won't sit on the feeling for too long, sauntering over to you with a confident smile. she'll try to play it casual, but there will be a tiny waver in her voice when she greets you.

• whether it's slipping an arm around her waist, leaning in to press a quick kiss to her cheek, or intertwining your fingers, whatever you do has navia's heart doing a somersault. that show of affection catches her completely off guard

• you will practically see navia's confidence crumble away. her cheeks flush pink, her golden eyes go wide, and her hand instantly flies to her hat like she's trying to hide behind the brim

"o-oh...well! i see someone missed me..." she laughs nervously, stumbling over he usual eloquence

• once she recovers though, with a playful little tug on your sleeve to bring you closer, she’ll lean in and press a lingering kiss to your lips! take that!

• she won't storm over right away. instead, she'll try to get your attention from afar by showing signs of displeasure. crossing her arms a little tighter, tapping her foot against the ground, and glaring at you

• eventually her patience will fray. with a brisk and assertive step, she'll walk over under the guise of "checking in"

• even just casually wrapping an arm around her waist or lacing your fingers through hers in front of the other person will have keqing's heart racing. her entire body will stiffen, her breath will catch, and she'll sputter out a quick "w-what are you doing?!", her sharp tone betraying her nerves more than her irritation

• she'll try to pull back at first, her pride clashing with the heat rising in her chest, but the sincerity in your gesture softens her resistance. she won't ever admit it out loud, but she loves that you so confidently showed who you belong to

• her fluster doesn't stop at just her voice. her cheeks will be bright, bright red, eyes will be looking everywhere but yours, and she'll be muttering something about you being "so careless" or "unbelievable"

• after she's recovered a little, she'll try to salvage her composure by lecturing you in her usual straightforward way. "you can't just do things like that out of nowhere...!" but the tremor in her voice and the way she's still clinging tightly to your sleeve gives her away

• if you dare tease her about how cute she looks when she's flustered...you might actually be banished to sleeping on the couch...

• she tells herself that she is above petty jealously, but the longer the conversation goes on, the more she can't resist. eventually, she'll glide over with a sigh, ready to playfully insert herself into the conversation

• but before she can even open her mouth, you slip an arm around her waist and pull her close, close enough to press a kiss to her temple and introduce her as your partner.

• the reaction is sadly small, but immediate. her smirk will falter for a second, her eyes will widen just a tad, and a faint pink blush will dust her cheeks

"little one...how bold of you to make such a display in front of others..."

• as soon as the stranger awkwardly dismisses themselves, yae will not waste a second. her hand will snake around your wrist with a gentle but deliberate tug, leading you away from the busy path into a quieter corner where prying eyes won't follow

"you really do enjoy keeping me on my toes, don't you?"

• before you can even offer a reply, yae leans in and closes the distance. her kiss is deep, lingering, and far more passionate than the quick little display you gave her earlier. a proper kiss.

• she'll awkwardly pull you away with the person you were talking with, leading you to a quieter corner of the street before admitting that she felt an odd pull toward you, as though she needed to be beside you, but cannot explain why

This was requested January 16th of last year, and only now am I getting to it...Well, at least it wasn't two years like some of my drafts. also @cmiru COME GET YO GAMER GIRL

Silver Wolf being needed for sleep was, quite frankly, bad for anyone's circadian rhythm. In fact it was like a bomb for it.

Because she'd still be playing something late into the night, meaning that bright ass light is now on S/O's eyes as they hugged her.

(S/O) "Shouldn't you put the game down before your eyes get bad?"

(Silver Wolf) "Nah. Built different. Besides, you're the one with red eyes, so sleep."

But she did relax whenever she was in bed with them, so there's at least that. And S/O did get to sleep, eventually.

At the very least, she had the courtesy to wear an earbud only in one ear, and have the brightness turned down for their sake.

But S/O's sleep schedule would be forfeited if Silver Wolf came home late, rushing to do her dailies before the timer reset and ruined her streak.

Granted, it'd be forfeited anyway without her lovely presence, but still, she isn't going to do much to improve it.

Acheron's sleep wasn't that much better off than her S/O's, especially during her journeys alone.

And in some capacity, she can understand their struggle of being able to truly rest, not even to mention the nihility that ate away at her very being.

But she'd always be happy to spend a night with S/O, holding them close and helping them sleep peacefully.

And in turn, she would also get a moment's respite, being able to relax herself.

(Acheron) "Feel better?"

(S/O) "Much, now that I have such a pretty lady near me."

She smiles at the joke, letting their head rest on her chest as she closed her eyes.

(Acheron) "Is that right?"

She may not remember this moment later down the line, but for now, she cherished every single second of it.

Firefly really hates it when she isn't there for S/O, knowing that they weren't getting much sleep without her.

But when she finally returns, she lovingly hugs them tight in bed, nuzzling against their neck and relaxing herself when she feels them do so as well.

(S/O) "Welcome home, Firefly..."

(Firefly) "Hehe, thank you...~"

Firefly gives them a peck on the lips before resting her eyes, feeling them slowly drift to sleep.

In some ways, she was in the same boat as S/O. She couldn't really relax at night herself after getting used to their presence.

Her need for sleep isn't as high, but that doesn't mean she won't appreciate the comforting presence of her loved one.

Bronya is extremely willing to collapse into bed with S/O. If anything, she has the opposite problem of falling asleep with her being so busy.

On some nights, it may be a little restless, or she may have a nightmare.

But the moment she realizes S/O is next to her still, she quickly relaxes.

So, Bronya is all too happy to return the favor, helping them get their much needed rest simply by sharing the same bed.

At first, she used to get flustered by being so close under the sheets, but now she just snuggles into them without a second thought.

Tomorrow she'd have to resume her duties, but for now...-

(Bronya) "Hm, then it's your job to make me warmer, dear.~"
