Thank you for showing interest in participating in the Phocket Review Contest (henceforth referred to as the “contest”). Before signing up for the contest, please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. In addition to the contest rules, by participating in the Contest, it is implied that you are in full and complete acceptance of all the terms and you will follow all the below mentioned terms and conditions. 1. The contest is valid only for Indian citizens residents of Delhi/NCR, Jaipur and Kolkata. The Contest will run only from 19/02/2019 to 22/02/2019. 2. 3 lucky winners will stand a chance to exciting gifts from Phocket 3. In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and to win the Prize, you are required to: Step1: Go to the Phocket app and leave a review for us. Step2: Take a picture of your review, tweet it and tag us in the picture. 4. The Company shall in its sole discretion decide on the Winners. The selection of winners lies solely with the Company. Selection of the winners is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. In case of disputes, the Company’s decision is final. Multiple entries by a single person are not allowed, neither is creating or tweeting from multiple twitter accounts. 5. The Winners will be selected by the Company and announced after the contest ends. The winners of the contest will be contacted on the respective platform.
