I love the versatility of Conti Truffle Butter and Conti Truffle Salt. From my Tuscan kitchen, I prepared Truffled Polenta by introducing a dollop of Truffle Butter into the hot polenta and Truffle Salt to taste. I finished with a poached egg, freshly shaved black truffle and parmigiano.
