Zen and neil were lost within play as she did not hear Clifford's voice.. the two of them were sat upon the bed as zen began to roughouse neil. He chuckled laying upon his stomach as the little one giggles climbing upon his back.

" Grraaaaargh~!? Ackiiheehee.. " she giggled sweetly nuzzling him.

" Agh-!? This BT lion is trying to bite me!? Noo-! " he laughs along with her. Neil surprised her by teleporting to then quickly scoop her up and playfully cradle her within his arms.

" N'aaaw I've caught Yooou~ Lil baaabyy~ " he chuckled pinching her pudgy face. Zenna giggled more..

"ACkkiieehee~?! I'm not a baby~!? " she laughs more...

The little one giggles as she colored a picture of a house with an upside down rainbow within the sky. Zen hums happily choosing different colored crayons. One of the kids approached her while tapping her shoulder

" Hey zen..?! I heard doctor widow is looking for ya.. you better run..? " they playfully warned her. Zenna giggled folding up the drawing placing it within her overall pocket. The five year old held her bunny close running away with giggles..

Zen giggles while gently caressing higgs's face with a playful smile.

" Hiii~ Aunty.. " the little one turns her gaze at his female counterpart. Higgs raised his brows noticing she was in the doorway.

" Tch- damn ya caught me being a softy huh..?! Aw well.. " he chuckled gently bouncing the child within his arms..

" How bout we order that pizza.. huh..? Munchkin..? " Higgs turned his gaze to his female counterpart.

" Ya want some grub mamas~? " he asked her with a grin while zenna giggled cuddling him more..

Jackson liked to see Jungjin smile. It was a pleasure to his eyes, he thought, and he would do anything to bring it back to his soft features.  The response he has didn’t take much thinking at all, but he just took a moment staring at that beautiful smile before letting it leave his lips.

“Are you into romance?” Jackson leaned on the counter, playing with the bag he had set down when he got there. “Because I’m a flowers and cute dates kind of guy if you need a refresher for that writers’s block..” After saying it he cleared his throat a bit-he was never very smooth since he never really had time to date-he even had to gain courage for this one. “You know, if you’d like to go on a date with me, ever.” 

It helped that Jackson worked at a flower shop, they were easy and readily available for him to buy and head over, which he had kind of done today. Since he had brought Jungjin lunch to his work, chicken and waffles. A nice mix of savory with a good amount of sweet to compliment it well. It was all wrapped up in a plastic bag with a sunflower tied into the top. 

There were no expectations in that question, he didn’t expect to get a yes, but to be honest he didn’t know what he expected at all. And if the answer was no, he wouldn’t hold it against Jungjin in the slightest. But fuck he wanted to ask, so he let his guard down and just did it.

“Ah, but no worries, mate,” the shark replied with an understanding nod of his colossal head, sending ripples across the water. “I can understand why ye don’t wanna be confused with humans. I ‘aven’t had the best experiences with ‘em, m’self,” Bruce added with a half-hearted smile.

“Werecat? Ye mean, like a werewolf?” Granted news and stories took rather long to get from the land to the sea, but the ocean community wasn’t entirely isolated from the world above. It was just the luck of talking to a bird who wouldn’t eat you, or a shark who wouldn’t do the same thing. Fables and myths were no different than news.

“Ja, zhey can be quite... how do jou say, a pain in the ass,” Schrodinger agreed with a soft scoff to his voice, trying not to let the water surrounding him turn him into a claustrophobic kitten as he chatted with the great white.  A little chuckle emit from the cat-like creature, causing bubbles around his mouth as he swam back just a lit, moving languidly through the water as pink eyes observed the sea creature before him.

“—Similar, ja... zhey are more common zhan my species.”

Alec rolled his eyes as she placed the flowers down. Of course he knew there was a difference between the two. “Ah kno whit i’m daein'.” He muttered and kept his gaze on her. She still had that bloody smirk of hers and knowing her, which he does, she’s never going to let this go. “Guid fur ah wasn’t aff tae-“ But he pauses, laying his head back along the bed, he let out a soft sigh.
