There is nothing than an American cheeseburger every once in a while. Since, we are a Tuscan household of truffle lovers, I was inspired to trufflize our cheeseburgers. From my Tuscan kitchen, I present my version of a good ol’ American burger with Tuscan truffle ingredients. The cheese is a semi-aged organic truffle cheese. You can’t see them but, I could not resist a few slices of fresh black truffles on my patty. Ignore the ketchup. I added our Conti Bruschetta al Tartufo and a sprinkle of Conti Truffle Salt. The natural and subtle sweetness from the tomatoes in the brushetta is a flavor that compliments every bite.
