"then  stop  doing  things  that  directly  affect  me  and  everyone  else  in  this  household."  the  tone  is  stern,  firm,  it's  easier  than  other  times.  their  voices  remain  quiet  all  things  considered.  most  times,  he  and  jason  just  end  up  walking  away  from  one  another,  nevermind  how  much  it  hurts.  the  uniform  in  display  in  the  case  a  reminder  of  their  shared  history,  and  how  the  first  chapter  ended.  

"you  cannot  hurt  harley  quinn  and  through  her  get  to  the  joker.  he  no  longer  cares  for  her.  mrs.  quinn  is  an  asset  helping  with  a  case."  and  with  that  he  is  passing  on  information  and  a  thread.  harley  quinn  is  under  his  protection  and  jason  had  to  remain  on  the  side  on  this  one.  "I  didn't  asked  you  to  join  this  case  because  I  know  how  you  feel,  jason.  I  don't  want  us  to  keep  fighting."

THE RED HOOD WAS A COMPLICATED TOPIC for some now wasn't it? not for her, honestly she didn't think he was so bad, in fact they probably had a hell ot a lot in common if they were to sit down and really talk it out, or talk it through. but he wasn't much for that she imagined and neither was she. so they weren't about to sit down and a have a heart to heart by any stretch of the imagination. "oh sorry .... am i interrupting?" she asked as she twisted her blade and allowed the thing to settle against her shoulder while her lips curled. "didn't mean to." she mused as her head tilted back and she cleared her throat, "just passing through."

"okay, but there's NO WAY you didn't think ONE of us was going to find you. just between us? i think it's probably better that it was me. we both know i'm you FAVORITE." tim stood several feet in front of ( his BROTHER ) jason, domino mask and red robin attire displayed proudly.

"i'm   your   friend,   jason.   .   .i   like   to   think   i'm   your   best   friend   and   right   now?   the   only   one   at   hand."   because   god   knows   where   the   princess   was.   kori,   bless   her,   was   likely   out   there   living   her   best   life   meanwhile   the   two   fuck   up   sidekicks   were   here   clinging   on   to   one   another.   "and   as   your   best   friend   and   the   one   with   slightly   voice   of   reason,   i'm   telling   you   that   maybe   you   should.   .   .go   to   bruce.   talk   it   out."   everyone   knows   his   own   relationship   with   oliver   was   odd,   a   lot   of   pain   was   in   there.  

a   lot   of   blame   because   of   his   addiction   and   a   lot   of   unresolved   issues   because   of   lian,   because   of   the   abscence   that   was   there.   but   the   old   man   tried.   "one   of   these   days   bruce   is   going   to   die   the   way   he   is   living.   do   you   really   want   that   relationship   to   end   up   like   this?"   abscent.   strained.   roy   worries   when   he   is   not   around   jason.   worries   if   jason   is   not   only   alone   but   lonely.   either   one   was   a   dangerous   thing.

"i   won't   be   informing   master   bruce   that   you   are   here,   sir.   but   he   will   learn   about   it   anyways."   and   he   does   not   mind   being   there   for   the   kids.   even   if   said   kids   are   all   grown   up   and   have   stirred   away   from   the   cause.   "hold   still."   the   butler   speaks   up,   as   he   finishes   the   final   touches   on   the   stitches   on   jason's   arm.   he   is   constantly   in   worry   for   bruce   and   it's   no   secret   he   worries   about   everyone   else,   perhaps   jason   the   most   as   he   is   the   one   who   carries   a   loaded   gun   around.   "i   would   still   recommend   you   stay   here.   your   old   room   is   just   as   it   used   to   be."

things   with   jason   are   always   complicated.   brought   together   by   the   tension   of   a   string   that   threatens   to   cut   itself   if   he   pushes   too   much.   they   have   agreed   to   something   related   to   a   peace   offering,   despite   their   methods,   despite   everything.   but   eventually,   stuff   like   this,   moments   that   define   them,   things   go   back   to   being   tense.   news   of   the   joker   being   aprehended   and   back   in   gotham   are   all   over   the   news.   "i   know   what   you   want   to   do,   jason.   and   you   know   what   i'm   going   to   say."   no   killing,   despite   how   much   he   would   want   that   to   be   a   reality.

TITANS. TEEN TITANS. BATMAN AND CO. they all had this annoying nature about them and a consitence to get in his way. here they were again with that infamous bat family getting in the way although the famous red hood, was an interesting man to cross. a young man who didn't quite fit the scoop of the regular bat family template. one that might even cross the line when necessary, the one who could and would do what batman dared never to do? certainly seemed that way as his fingers reached up and withdraw the blade from his bad while his gaze remained upon that infamous red hood. was he here to get in his way or was he here as some kind of alley or something like that? "something i can do for you, hood, cause i got a contract to finish." he spoke heavy boots taking several steps forwards while his hand remained firmly grasped upon the hilt of his blade. he didn't really care in the end what this kid wanted because at the end of the day he would cut through him if he had to.
