Seeing the comedy/music fusion duo "Controlled Danger" (starring Dave Chappelle and John Mayer) last night was one of those surreal, "I hope I can click replay on this memory 10 years from now" experiences. No recordings or photos were allowed to be taken inside the venue, so this shot of the marquee and blurry selfie outside are all we have to show. 😂 BUT OH THIS NIGHT. Nothing can top being a mere few feet away from one of your musical heroes, shouting to and hearing him answer you, and having a front row seat to watch him do what he does best. Our 3rd time ever seeing John Mayer, and this was by far the best. 😩🎸 And the laughs were great too!! This was our 1st time seeing Dave Chappelle, and he was absolutely *hysterical*. An all around awesome night and great way to begin ringing in 2018.
