Convalmore 1983 16 year old Cask Strength Mackillop’s Choice.

Quite rich cream Convalmore. Dry malty and gooey plum, ripe pear, milky cream with soil and smoke aroma. Ripe fruits and milk fragrance. With smooth mouthfeel, pear and rich milk cream, malty sweet flavor it soak into tongue with anise and other spices, slightly mold and dry soil. Pear sweet finish then intense cream with thick smoke, slowly turn into bitter sweet malty then tannin. A drop of water derives mold nuance and smoke much more.
