Thank you 2016!

Hey all!

I just got back home from San-Japan, and I wanted to say thank you to everyone who came out to see me there, chatted with me, and/or bought any of my work!

This was my last convention for this year, so I’d also like to give a big shoutout to everyone I saw this whole year!

Thank you! Hope to see you guys again next year!

I’ll be updating my storenvy by the end of next week at the latest, so please expect to see an update at some point from my storenvy itself, as well as the relevant posts on my social media!

So many kids grew up watching Ninja Turtles and so many of these little kids spending hours and hours playing and staring at their Party Wagon toy imagining themselve inside it. Remain Loyal to Jehovah Convention 2016

What an amazing and faith strengthening weekend! So many tears, laughs, and thought provoking moments. There's a joke among witnesses that we say each convention is the best one yet. This one however was. Jessica was with me from Friday and Saturday of the convention. The first day we managed to make it to the City West convention center in Saggart a decent time away from when the session started. We were able to find Ricardo and Allison and we able to sit with them in the upper level. There was only one big monitor that the whole complex could see. I'll post pictures in a later post. After the convention day ended her and I took the Red Luas line from Saggart all the way to Jervis. Which is in the city center of Dublin. We went to dinner at Bach 16 which was a little wine bar. Now I'll level with you. I literally felt like I was going to fall over and die at this point. I was SO tired that I could barely understand anything Jessica said. It was just so much information and interaction and introducing Jessica to everyone I had come to know so far in different congregations. And at the end of the session when Jessica left me to go to the bathroom I ran into( okay I was sitting and playing candy crush) a sister from France who just so happened to be coming to the Donnybrook congregation to do vacation witnessing. Her name is Maelle and no I still cannot pronounce it correctly. On Saturday we vowed to get to the convention site earlier in order to get better seats. Saturday's tend to have a big increase in attendance so it was very important we did this. We got there five minutes earlier. We ended up getting seats at the very very back. As in, our backs were against the wall and we were closer to the ceiling then the floor. This did have a positive though. I could stand up and lean against this wall anytime I wanted when I back was hurting me. The downside was that it was a SAUNA and we were in the middle of the long row and getting past people was as comfortable as climbing over people in an airplane. Jessica and I decided that for dinner this night we would return to the place where we started this trip. The Dropping Well. It was a lovey way to end our sister trip together and have a relaxing evening before she left. The next morning Allison and Ricardo picked me up along with her brother Christopher. Yes he's adorable and Scottish. Yes he's tall and yes he's unavailable. Jessica and I said our quick goodbyes before we headed off. At 7:15am. Even getting to the convention center at 8am was jammed packed with people( did I mention that this place served food and drink? Including Tea and hot chocolate?). Christopher's girlfriend Lela, she's from Canada, managed to save us seats on the ground floor in the very middle. It was amazing!!!! I was even cold at some points! If you've noticed I haven't said anything about the content of the convention it is only to keep it a surprise for my friends who have yet to have their convention. I came home to a letter from my sister on my kitchen table. After an emotional day this letter was the cherry on top. I was crying just where the letter expected me to. Oh. You should also ask Jessica about the book she just finished about tidying up. I still hear her in my head when I put something on my kitchen table or I don't hang up my clothes. It's awful 😂 Love from here. XX

CONVENTION NEEDS

if any one is planning on going to AgamaCon in SC (2016) I’m in dire need of a ride. Last year I had bought a ticket to Nashicon before new year but a week before I was supposed to go (in April), the person who I was going with/ ride couldn’t make it and I couldn’t go. I really don’t want that to happen again and I really want to go. Plus I have genderbent Kaneki Ken cosplay that I have to wear at least once in my life. Please message me if you’re interested :)
