I’m home from Steel City Con and I have a ton of pictures to upload and tag, but first I’m gonna let my phone charge while I shower and change out of Sadie.

I met so many great people, saw some great cosplays, and bought some really awesome things. I had a blast!

Huge thanks to pizzadeathray and exceptionalpotato for arranging last-minute costumes and hanging out with me all weekend, you guys rock!

Additional thanks to darlingnerddoll for letting me crash on her couch for these two days and for helping with my wig and makeup every morning. You are a cosplay goddess and I would be lost without you.

And thank you so much to everyone who recognized me from here and Instagram and came up for pictures and to chat. I’m sorry for how socially awkward I am in person but you all are so amazing and you seriously made my weekend!!!

Everything seems so much less shiny after Fan Expo and the con season in general being over.

As I sit here in my track pants, pajama shirt and hair in a terrifying mess worthy of most horror movies, my mother gently reminded me my grandmother is going come for dinner, so I might want to freshen up a bit more presentable.

So I put on a filigree and bead ear cuff.

Ugh Convention Hangover

So last night while I was posting photos I suddenly got severe stomach pains. It was crippling, I couldn't stand up right or move. The only time I felt fine was when I was laying down.

I literally screamed "Just cause I said meeting Vic completed my life and that I could die happy doesn't mean I want to die NOW!"

I eventually slept it off into the morning, but I was so sleep deprived I over slept. I woke up feeling groggy and I rolled over facing my Sebastian pillow, I felt like I was drunk and had a regrettable one night stand with my pillow. o_e

Hopefully after a day or two of catching up on sleep I'll be back to normal.
