DEATHSTROKE & DEADSHOT - TWO MERC DADDIES.

Now that the triplets were actually making money, Charlotte did not really know what to do with herself - or, more specifically, with her wardrobe. She had always been incredibly frugal, getting all her clothes from thrift stores or cheap online retailers, with little consideration for what she actually liked. Most clothing suited her willowy figure fairly well, so that had never been much of a consideration, either. Her wardrobe was entirely utilitarian. Largely plain. A stark contrast from HEXED’s elaborate stage outfits.
When Apollo mentioned that a well-regarded stylist had recently turned up on the island, she began to think that things needed to change. The band was gaining more and more success, and even off the stage it was probably a good idea for her to look like HEXED’s lead signer Charlotte, rather than boring old Charlotte Choi. No one ever gave Charlotte Choi a second glance, after all. Maybe it would help some of her on-stage confidence bleed into other areas of her life.
So, she had booked a session with the stylist. And all she could do was hope that he would not be too harsh on her as she knocked on the door of his penthouse, a single suitcase containing all her clothes sitting beside her. She already felt out of her depth, anxiety knotting up her insides. It was irrational, she knew, but she fully expected that he was going to hate her and her clothes and her pathetic lack of style.
This was a mistake.
