Are reform converts automatically not considered jewish by orthodox and conservative jews? Are there some orthodox and conservative people who will still see them as jewish despite their different takes on halacha and everything?

Mod here. Anon is opening a can of worms, hence the tag “#who’s Jewish?” and “#conversion recognition” for those of you who would rather not engage in these discussions. I also want to note that “halachically Jewish” and “can claim a significant connection to the Jewish community” might not have a complete populational overlap for many folks across a variety of communities.

Would it be wrong for a Conservative convert to attend an Orthodox service without disclosing that they’re a non-Orthodox convert? I’d mostly like to hear Orthodox thoughts on this.

I'm a gentile, this is a question born purely of curiosity. I've heard that Orthodox communities usually consider non-Orthodox conversions invalid. does that mean if a woman converted non-Orthodox, and then had a kid, the kid would have to convert Orthodox if they wanted to join an Orthodox community?
