Age and Height Conversions in Delicious in Dungeon

This may have been done before, but since relative age confusion seems to come up a lot in the Delicious in Dungeon fandom, I figured I would put together a reference guide for conversions since I am a math nerd.

To keep the math simple, any conversion can be treated like a unit conversion. The basic formula, using age conversion based on age of maturity as an example, is as follows:

For age there are two options for the ratio, either the age of maturity as shown or the average lifespan. Since not all races spend the same relative amount of time as a 'minor,' these ratios will produce different results.

Height follows the same methodology just instead using average height. Below is a table showing the multiplication factors for conversion to tallman ages and heights:
