"Okay, I know, I know, this is very off character of me but I did find these really cool scubadiving thing off the coast where you can visit actual submerged pyramids," it was very off character of Aiden to do anything spontaneous. He knew how to dive obviously from his previous job but going out of his way to impress a beautiful, smart lady that loved her archaeological digs? That was definitely good.

He was in between jobs anyway and he had his patients covered with referrals in case anyone unexpectedly popped kids with the lunar eclipse. "I mean, they are non-refundable tickets..."

Aiden was a regular at Ros' place. He liked it here. People were nice in this town and it was a good spot to start over. Granted, he had first come here because of Colin, to keep an eye on him, do the big brother thing but he ended up falling in love with the place and after setting up his practice alongside the old doctor, things were far smoother.

Now he just had to find someone to share all that with. That had been the reason why he had broken things off with Claudia after all; she wanted to keep working and living her life and that was just fine, it just... it wasn't his life, his dreams.

"Hey Ros, can I have some stew and a beer?" he asked the lady who was, more often than not circling in his mind. Maybe one day he'll be flirty enough to ask her out. It didn't come naturally to him as it did to Colin. Plus he's had a very long day, waking up at 4 am to deliver twins.
