“Have you seen Nadya? I saw her at dinner but then I lost her and now I can’t find her at all. It’s really important. Like, super important. Maybe she’s in the loo…”

“I haven’t seen Nadya either...I’m guessing you’ve tried the dorms?” Cade looked at Hannah for a moment then furrowed his brows. “You alright?”

I’m sorry I’m an idiot. 

I don’t think I’m so idiotic anymore, though. 

I hope you’re having a good break. Maybe you’ll tell me about it when we get back.

Hannah, 

You weren’t being an idiot. I’m glad we can talk though and move past it. I could use a friend like you. 

Break is good, though, lots of things have happened. My mum has been released.. so I’m learning to let things go and just see if there’s any relationship to be saved really.

“It’s.. kind of a mix between muggle magic and tarot cards. You pick a card out of the deck and that’s supposed to represent the biggest part of your life at the current moment… I kind of invented it, but… it’s… Well… I just thought it would be fun.”

“I would be okay with playing with you. The tension is getting too much for me to handle right now.” He sat down next to Hannah then looked at her. “So I pick any card?”
