Headed home after a long day, Sylvanie locked up Dominic Maestro’s Music Parlour, tugging her coat a little tighter around her. She’s had 3 students this afternoon and she was exhausted. Her mind was on dinner, maybe she would owl Juliette or Vic to see if they wanted to have dinner together. She hadn’t talked to them in a couple days. She hadn’t owled her parents in a while either, she should fill them in on university.
As she walked through Hogsmede to get to the Three Broomsticks she tried to readjust her grip on her violin. She was holding it, her music folder, and her bag from University, she should get a bigger bag. But she didn’t have the money to get a bigger bag just yet, maybe she’d see if either of her sisters had a spare.
Wrapped up in her thoughts like always, and preoccupied with trying not to drop everything she was holding, Sylvanie didn’t realise that she was about to walk directly into someone before it was too late. She hit the other person with a thud and her music flew out of her folder and all over the ground “Merde” she hissed, kneeling down and grabbing the pages, “Sorry, I wasn’t looking where I was going, are you alright?” she said, looking up at who she’d just crashed into.
