Do you have any advice for a beginner digital artist? What devices are best?

I'm not super experienced with digital art since I only began messing around with it last year, but I would recommend practicing on any free apps like Ibis, which I use! There are plenty of tutorials on the basics for it too (a few that I've found): Official Ibis Website for tutorials. ArtistsFloor Tutorial on YouTube SkillsFactory Tutorial on Youtube

Those are a few that have helped me so far. As for tablets, I have the Parblo Intanbo X7, but having a tablet is not a necessity for starting digital art. I started off using my fingers and a stylus lol.

It's a matter of finding what works for you, so explore all the options there are out there!

Chocolate Crinkle - which of your characters has the hardest vice/flaw to overcome? Is that vice/flaw directly connected to the plot or an additional character trait?

German Butter - what is your most common sentence cadence (like having two commas/pauses, or using a semi-colon)? Is this conscious/preferred or just happens?

Chocolate Crinkle:

For Kashi the vice/flaw would definitely be her (earned) rage and practically shutting down so much of herself at any given point. And again, she's certainly earned it. Lost her pack, her mate, and her cubs in one night and it's left her with very little at the surface but rage. I don't know that I can say it's directly connected to the plot, as most of the plot has to do with keeping Layla safe, getting her out of danger, etc, but it definitely acts as seasoning for the plot.

German Butter:

Hmmmm...🤔 I want to say my most common is a sort of conversational cadence? I'll break the traditional writing rules in favor of having a conversational prose. Which is probably why I prefer writing in first person 😂 At first I'm fairly sure that it was just where I was more comfortable writing, but as I went I started having fun twisting the sentences/structure/cadence to reflect the MC in a way that even they might not be aware of.

k so one of my ideas goes off my little headcanon that Dinobot actually has a nice/great singing voice, and in it he’s either gonna be singing for 1 or all the other maximals 

and while I do have a few ideas as to how to write it picking a good song is the hard part!! 

I’ve got a small list of songs I could use (and by small I mean I have 1 1/2 songs), and tbh I don’t wanna use a sonnet or a poem because I have read 1001 fanfics where he reads a poem or sonnet to the other maximal (which is fine!!! he does it in the show so why not do it in fanfic)

I bought an "Italian Assortment" from the Bi-Lo bakery. It has soft, swirly anise cookies, small almond biscotti, large biscotti (I assume will also be anise), and some sort of cookie that is coated in sesame seeds. What is it? Why is it? I guess I should try dunking it in coffee tomorrow.
