snickerdoodle review for anne
okay so disclaimer beforehand! i didnt have granulated sugar so i used a fine raw sugar for the dough and a bigger raw sugar for the outside coating
the recipie was easy to follow however
it said one egg and one egg yolk and i struggled sepoaratiang the second white fromj the yolk. maybe that ruined everythging
the rest ofd the dough makijg went well
and then the baking part
it said to not squish the cookies but then they just ened up beingt underbaked balls. so i squished the ennxt batch and it went muchbetter
they tasted like apple oie without thge apples!! i had some w some vanillia ice cream and theyw rtre very good
they also looked like breaded chicken before i baked them
overall 7/10 experience because i was doing it to distract myself from my exam season stress. 8/10 cookie
