The flavors of classic s'mores are combined in these quick smores cookie bars to make an easy-to-make treat that's great for any event. Their graham cracker crust, soft cookie middle, and gooey marshmallow top will make them a hit with everyone!
Ingredients: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased. Put graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl and mix them together. Evenly press the mixture into the bottom of the pan that has been prepared. Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a different bowl using a whisk. Mix the dry ingredients together with the egg and vanilla extract. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. On top of the graham cracker crust, spread the batter out evenly. Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Take it out of the oven and spread out the mini marshmallows on top. Put the marshmallows back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until they are puffed up and slightly golden. Let cool all the way down before cutting into bars.
