Enjoy the chocolatey, rich goodness of this vegan cookie batter. This is perfect for when you want something sweet and filling.
Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup non-dairy milk. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Put the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Put the vegan butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Mix them together until the sugar is smooth. By adding the non-dairy milk in between the wet ingredients, slowly add the dry ingredients until a thick cookie dough forms. Add the vegan chocolate chips and mix them in until they are spread out evenly in the dough. You can eat the gooey double chocolate chip cookie batter right out of the bowl.
