This Cookie Dough Pie is a cookie lover's dream come true. It's a delightful combination of classic cookie dough and a hearty pie that's ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional. 1 pre-made pie crust.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl with a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a different large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. If you want to use them, then fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Spread the cookie dough out evenly on top of the ready-made pie crust. The cookie dough pie should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the middle is set. Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool down completely before cutting it into pieces and serving them. Have fun with your tasty Cookie Dough Pie!
