Ingredients: 2 cups of cookie dough. 1 cup of chocolate chips. 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 1 package of lollipop sticks. 2 cups of melting chocolate for coating. Sprinkles optional.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine cookie dough, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Scoop small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray. Insert lollipop sticks into each cookie dough ball, then freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up. Melt the coating chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, following the package instructions. Dip each frozen cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place the coated pops back on the parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired. Allow the chocolate coating to set by refrigerating the pops for at least 1 hour. Serve and enjoy your delicious cookie dough cake pops!
