This is yesterday’s menu, but it was too pretty not to share! I made the Hot and Sour Soup, the Potstickers and the Rice Pudding all by myself and I’d say they turned out pretty delicious. Today was the last day with the kids 😭 and I’m gonna miss them. FIESTA was the theme for day 2 of the Cookery Camp for Kids and boy did we party! 🪅 🇲🇽 🌯🥑🌶🍌🍓🍍 My stellar students did OUTSTANDING yet again and created a spin on traditional enchiladas & guacamole, plus a crema that was tailored to each kiddos tastes! We finished it all off with a festival of chocolate dipped fruit, topped with sprinkles of course! ✨ These kids are not afraid to get their hands dirty and are learning so much! Fun was had by all, including Chef Todd, who taught them how to cut up a pineapple to save some money at the grocery store! 🍍💰 So many tips and tricks were flying around today, I even learned a few new ones! @sproutscooking visits Grabishfarm!  The kids did awesome!  We did a farm tour and met all the animals and then divvied up the tasks in creating lunch.  There are maybe 50′ from the garden to the grill - the kids picked eggplant, tomatoes and squash - which went right into our lunch.  All did a great job handling the heat, too.  The ice cream sandwiches for dessert may have helped, too ;)
