I was hungry for stuffed jalapeños. I used @lightlifefoods plant based bacon on these. They turned out soooo tasty! 😋 • I told myself it would be quick, but prep was over 30 minute, because I tore the baggy I used for the cream cheese mi—you know what? Nevermind. Today on #CookingWithCOCOA, I made veggie stuffed shells! 🤗 • • • Quarantining is teaching me a few things.. patience (bless my heart), how to stay positive, and how to (continue) to enjoy my own company-I’m pretty fun.
