Hello everyone! Welcome to the start of my food blog. I’m going to give a brief story of why I got to where I am and how this is going to help my career grow.
Ever since I was younger I really enjoyed food. As some of y'all can relate hence for being on this blog 😂. I became a food junkie and wanted to be able to cook delicious food myself. One thing I did realize when I started cooking was that I lacked confidence in my cooking and it showed. I didn’t know how to season properly, and use temperature control. My mom wasn’t too happy with the burnt pans as well (sorry ma). But that never stopped my passion for cooking. I was 17 when I got my real first culinary job. I started at famous daves as a prep cook. I have to say for a first culinary job I worked my butt off.
Then Johnson & Wales came into play. I’m not going to brag about culinary school because personally that not me. It wasn’t a bad school. Just very over priced for something that I could have learned so much more in the field. But I will save this for a different post.
I’ve came a long way. And have a long way to go. I want to focus this blogs on not only food and recipes but also for young chefs. Or people who decide this is what they want to do. So keep posted on more to come I promise you this is going to be a good ride 👍🏻
