You don't find the Cool Haus truck, the Cool Haus truck finds you. There's a twitter to follow the truck's movements, but I've only stumbled across it while in dire need. Yes, it's that magical.
At the truck, you build your own ice cream sandwich from their wide variety of ice creams and cookies.This picture is the chocolate chocolate chip cookies paired with brown candied bacon ice cream (yes BACON and it was the perfect texture and taste). While these sandwiches are perfect for a hot day, I usually end up eating the cookie and ice cream in alternating bites because it just gets too messy otherwise.
