ijust fell over getting out of the shower (im okay!) and i had a pretty hard time getting back up ,, i am not strong at all and i guess i got so much bigger n heavier so fast with no exercise that im too weak and soft to get up easy (⁠・⁠–⁠・⁠;⁠)⁠ゞ

i fell on my butt and i had to roll over and realy work to heave myself up ,, still achy

sorry for the background noise in the first two 😔 I guess my stomach wanted to compete for who was louder: the passing cars or its hunger

I’m not used to being this hungry every morning, but all the empty grumbles feel so good 😵‍💫

I have to meet up with friends later in the afternoon, so I’m thinking I should keep it empty until a hour or so before I leave to see just how starved it gets…
