Week…. [counting fingers] week 14 of the store fumbling my pc repair so hard i had to send it back the day after after the initial repair three or so weeks ago bc MORE things weren’t working and then i got an email that declared my pc total loss and i had to pay service costs to get my broken pc back meanwhile the repair centre never send pics of WHAT was broken so then i went to the store to ask ‘erm what the fuck’ and now i need to wait 10-12 business days for hq to handle the ticket after waiting 3-5 business days for the repair centre to get back to me which they didnt so if hq doesnt get back to me id have been waiting on my pc for [counts fingers] almost 16 weeks while this is all within warranty and no one knows what the fuck is going on with my 2.5k pc :)
