Lemon ice cream popsicles are a great way to cool off. They are full of tangy lemon flavor. It's great for hot summer days!
Ingredients: 2 cups lemon ice cream. 1/4 cup lemonade. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. Popsicle molds.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix lemon ice cream, lemonade, and lemon zest until well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Remove from molds and enjoy!
