These Pineapple Serrano Popsicles offer a delightful combination of sweet pineapple flavor with a hint of spicy kick from serrano peppers. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients: 3 cups pineapple chunks. 1-2 serrano peppers, seeded and chopped. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Put pineapple chunks, chopped serrano peppers, honey, and water in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix into popsicle molds. Put popsicle sticks into the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take them out of the molds and eat!
