A refreshing and tangy beverage featuring the delightful flavors of rhubarb and apple cider vinegar, perfect for warm weather refreshment.
Ingredients: 1 cup rhubarb, chopped. 1 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 cup granulated sugar. Club soda, to top. Ice cubes, for serving.
Instructions: In a jar, mix chopped rhubarb, apple cider vinegar, and sugar crystals. Cover and put in the fridge for two to three days. Shake it every now and then. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a clean jar or bottle. Press down on the solids to get all the liquid out. To serve, put ice cubes in a glass, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the rhubarb shrub, and then pour club soda on top. Mix it all together slowly, and then enjoy!
