These milk tea popsicles made in the style of Hong Kong are a cool take on a classic drink. They're great for cooling off on a hot day because they're creamy and taste like rich milk tea.
Ingredients: 2 cups brewed Hong Kong style milk tea. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup evaporated milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put brewed milk tea, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk until everything is smooth and well mixed. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
