Smooth Criminals AU. (Au? Au.)

[ I gotta explain this au because it's always misinterpreted and I end up wanting to punch snouts. So, the more active classes are considered criminals until proven not, which could never happen. As such, Knights, Maids, Heirs, Witches, the like? Criminals. Muses, Rogues, Mages and whatnot? 'Perfect' citizens. So? Basically, I designed this around the new movie 'Lucy' because WHY THE FUCK NOT. If you wanna rp this man, go ahead but otherwise it's still an open starter! ]

The Witch sat atop a tall tower, messing with her Time powers in her usual attire, playing with the time around her, making people go back and forth back and forth over and over again. It made her laugh really. Her long, dark brown was pulled up into a sloppy ponytail, and a smile pulled the corners of her lips upwards.

It was such a shame that this wonderful day had to be ruined by blood on her hands. Literally. They were staining her hands and right side since she had to lug a bleeding, struggling body up to the roof of a really high building and THROW it off it, hearing the bones shatter and crack upon impact. Mmm, so sweet a sound. 

She used her time powers to appear back on top of the roof, giggling insanely. All this time usage has gotten her to a teetering point between sanity and insanity, and it's all going to her head. Literally. She's lost concept of time, she's lost some of her good eyesight in her left eye due to getting shot on a vital nerve, she's filled to the brim with power she can't control and any other time player could see her sanity slowly beginning to crumble.
