At the light punch, he feigns being hurt
by it, which only makes a soft, bubbly
laugh shake his shoulders, using the
other arm to playfully hold the spot
where the fist had hit, being even more
sardonic–if that’s even possible.
❝ Oh how you’ve WOUNDED me,
dearest Roxai. How ever am I going
to live through this? The thought is
just too much of a hope to even dare
dream. ❞
Despite this, he lets out another low laugh
before moving to swing an arm around her
shoulders, not being able to help the easy
smile. Talking to Lalondes happened to be
something he particularly enjoyed doing.
Plus, he hasn’t spoken up close to a Lalonde
since–he ceases the train of thought.
Unnaturally red eyes look down at Roxai, easy
smile turning ever the slightest softer. ( Dirk

CONSCIOUSNESS.EXE. )

Courtesy && being a gentleman–two outdated
practices by the males in America. He, however,
knows it’s much more important to be a GENTLEMAN
over being a LADIES’ MAN.

She was happy to see him play along,
just how she imagined he would - It truly made
her feel more comfortable around his presence.
She patted his arm lightly and let out a soft,
gentle laugh alongside his own.
Happily letting him embrace her, she
let her hand hold the arm which he loosely
hung around her shoulders. She tipped her
head to the side and studied his face, and
especially his illuminating eyes. It felt
right that she would be good friends with him.
After all, their experiences and life would be
somewhat similar. Well, more similar than
compared to a humans, anyway.
❝Oooh!~ It’s on y o u, huh? How sweet!❞
She let out another trademark chuckle,
covering her mouth as she looked away.
She scrunched her face up and gently tapped
her chin in an exaggerated thought kind of way.
And with that, almost like a lightbulb had appeared
next to her head, she turned back to him with a
large grin and a new found idea.
❝I got it! There’s this rad arcade that I like to go to sometimes! We should totally go there right now!!!❞
